Institute Objectives

Our Why

This institute aligns with the Office of Overseas Schools’ strategic commitment to ensuring high-quality education for all children. It supports our goal of creating international school communities that authentically embrace all students, which is crucial for the Department’s mission and its commitment to families.

By participating, you’ll not only enhance your school’s capacity to support neurodivergent learners but also contribute to a broader movement towards comprehensive education in international schools worldwide. This effort makes it easier for State Department and Embassy-affiliated employees with children who have varying educational needs to accept overseas assignments.
