Kelly Schelble enjoys her time as an educator for over 15 years and is passionate about the
inclusion of students with learning support needs in international school settings.
In her current role, Kelly is an instructionall coach and works with elementary teachers at
the American International School of Jeddah .
Kelly’s work focuses on supporting teachers to impact student learning through
implementing processes, facilitating program initiation, and leading professional
development. She seeks opportunities to disrupt and dismantle inequities related to school
data, curriculum, and instructional practices.
Her extensive experiences as a special education teacher serving students diagnosed with
emotional disabilities or traumatic brain injuries in Phoenix, Arizona to students with
dyslexia, ADHD, or Autism across more than a dozen countries makes her approach
focused on ensuring that all learners can access and participate in meaningful, challenging
learning opportunities.
