Najwa Bowman is the co-founder of the MARIO Framework, an ed-tech company that monitors and improves student well-being and performance while developing self-directed learners. She is a learning support specialist currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. She earned her Master’s of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Special Education.
Najwa has had the opportunity to learn and grow through her experiences in various educational settings. She worked alongside Lori Boll for three years in the Intensive Learning Program at the elementary school level within International School Bangkok and later contributed as a whole-school learning support specialist at Australian International School Bangkok for two years. Najwa enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games and board games, and tending to her garden.
Najwa continues her work as a special educator and is exploring a future degree in psychology to deepen her understanding of her students’ needs.
