Chapter Seed Grant Program

The SENIA Chapter Seed Grant Program offers funding to help chapters host events, create marketing materials (such as banners and signs), and build a stronger local presence

Grant Details

Funding Amount: Up to USD $500 per chapter, per year
Grant Type: Reimbursement (chapters must provide receipts for approved expenses and will be reimbursed in one lump sum)
Eligible Expenses:
- Chapter events (speaker fee, refreshments, supplies, etc.)
- Marketing or outreach materials (signage, banners, flyers, printing, etc.)
- Other costs that directly support chapter growth and community engagement

Eligibility

Open to all official SENIA Chapters worldwide
Each chapter may apply once per calendar year (Grant may be applied to one or multiple events). The event must take place within the same calendar year of the application.
The event(s) must be free of charge to attend.
Grants are accepted on a rolling basis year-round, beginning each January.
Applications must demonstrate how the funds will help expand impact, visibility, or inclusivity in their local community.
If the requested funds are intended for speaker fees, please provide the names of proposed speakers. SENIA International reserves the right to review and approve all proposed speakers, and the grant may be declined if concerns arise.
All applications undergo committee review.
