Presenter resource
Discussion Questions and Handouts
Give attendees reflection prompts and practical resources they can return to long after your presentation.
All speakers submit 2-3 discussion questions for Whova. If you are sharing handouts, slides, templates, or links, add a shareable folder link directly to your session description.
Overview
What speakers need to submit
Discussion questions support audience reflection and engagement, while handouts give participants a practical next step after your session.
Discussion questions
Submit 2-3 discussion questions to accompany your presentation. These will appear in your session description on Whova.
Handouts and links
Share any documents, templates, slides, or resource links through a folder attendees can open without needing special permission.
Due date for all speakers
October 20, 2026
Upload your documents
Add your files to Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, or another shareable storage system. Double-check that the folder is open for all attendees to view.
Find your Whova speaker email
Whova sent each speaker a unique link that lets you update your speaker session. It may look similar to this:
https://whova.com/xems/engage/speaker/senia_202403/35384200/?code=11a01f4d5f69521c2e
Copy your folder link
Grab the share link from the storage folder you are using. Test it in a private browser window if you want to confirm that attendees can open it.
Add the link to your session description
Paste the folder link into the description section of your presentation, then use the link button in Whova so it becomes clickable.
