Workshop Presenter Registration

This registration page is reserved for approved SENIA Jakarta 2027 presenters and co-presenters. Each speaker must complete a registration using the original email address connected to their accepted presentation proposal.

Important Registration Dates

To retain your place in the SENIA Jakarta 2027 program, confirm your participation and complete your registration by the final due date. Presenters who have not registered by the due date may lose their place in the conference program.

Use Your Original Email Address

You must register using the original email address submitted with your accepted proposal. The registration system uses this address to recognize you as an approved speaker and unlock the appropriate discounted ticket.

Do not register using a different personal, professional, or organizational email address. If your original email does not unlock the correct ticket, contact conferences@seniainternational.org before completing your purchase.

Speaker Discount Policy

Each accepted workshop is eligible for a maximum combined registration discount of $100, allocated according to the number of presenters connected to the workshop.

Three or more

Combined maximum discount remains $100

•Speaker discounts cannot be transferred to another workshop or attendee.
•Speaker discounts cannot be combined with member, group, or other promotional discounts.

Registration Requirements

✓Every presenter and co-presenter must register individually.
✓Select the ticket that matches your workshop structure and registration period.
✓Register using the original email address submitted with your proposal.
✓Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
✓Speaker discounts are limited to a combined maximum of $100 per workshop.
✓Speaker registration must be completed by November 30, 2026.

Masterclass add-on. Speaker tickets do not include the post-conference Masterclass. Masterclass participation requires an add-on, is subject to availability, and is available at checkout.
