What Sponsors Can Do
Through a SENIA in-person conference partnership, sponsors can potentially build visibility, share expertise, engage in conversation, and begin professional relationships. The opportunities below describe what is possible — not every sponsor uses every tool.
Establish an in-person presence
Host an exhibitor booth or display area, demonstrate tools and resources, and meet participants across breaks, lunches, and the Happy Hour and Fair — with five dedicated exhibitor engagement periods across two conference days.
Build a digital sponsor profile
Upload a logo, description, website and social links, feature representatives, and add a company video to maintain visibility inside the conference platform.
Educate & share resources
Add a prerecorded company video, upload brochures and handouts, distribute printed materials at the booth, and direct attendees to online resources for educators and schools.
Participate in the community
Create or join discussion topics, answer questions, share expertise, and take part in topic-based or regional meetups — usefully and in alignment with SENIA's mission.
Connect one-to-one
Browse attendee profiles by role, affiliation, interests, and location, initiate private conversations, and invite participants to the booth or a follow-up meeting. Whova limits users to 100 new private messages in a rolling 24-hour period; messaging is not unlimited, and sponsors do not automatically receive attendee email addresses.
Collect leads through direct interaction
Where enabled, scan attendee QR codes, exchange digital business cards, record notes, and export directly collected leads to a designated email address. Lead collection requires direct interaction — there is no automatic attendee database.
From Visibility to Relationship
A sponsor partnership can move through five connected stages. Each stage describes potential — not a guaranteed outcome.
1 · Visibility
Sponsor impressions, event signage, logo placement, exhibitor booth, digital sponsor profile, company video, agenda recognition.
2 · Education
Product demonstrations, downloadable resources, printed materials, guides and handouts, relevant research, informational videos, practical expertise.
3 · Conversation
Scheduled exhibitor visits, booth conversations, community discussions, questions and responses, meetups, Happy Hour and Fair, informal networking.
4 · Connection
Attendee discovery, profile exploration, private messaging, business-card exchange, QR scanning, professional introductions, personalized follow-up.
5 · Relationship
Continued conversations, meetings, demonstrations, direct-interaction lead collection, future collaboration, repeat event participation, long-term partnership.
Supporting Participation and Belonging
SENIA is committed to inclusive language, equitable participation, and creating event environments where people feel welcomed, valued, and able to contribute. The Cambodia agenda included scheduled shuttle service between designated hotels and the International School of Phnom Penh, with return transportation to hotels and the airport at the close of the conference.

Build on Proven In-Person Engagement
SENIA sponsorship connects organizations with an international community committed to advancing inclusive education. Through virtual events, in-person experiences, newsletters, social media, direct engagement, and year-round Toolkit visibility, sponsors can build awareness, share expertise, participate in meaningful conversations, and develop long-term relationships across the SENIA community.
2026–2027 tiers: Platinum $12,500 · Gold $7,500 · Silver $5,000 · Bronze $2,500 · Supporting Member $1,000 (plus applicable booth and ticket costs). Current pricing and benefits apply to future partnerships and are not the structure used during SENIA Cambodia 2025.
Methodology note
Event figures are based on SENIA registration records, attendee analytics, the official conference agenda, and Whova engagement, networking, and sponsor reports. Registration, check-in, agenda, messaging, profile-view, business-card, and sponsor-impression figures represent different types of activity and should not be interpreted as equivalent measures. Country and regional figures are based on attendee records with sufficient location or institutional information. School and organization totals were rounded after consolidating clear naming variations.
