Conference Strands
Inclusive Systems & Frameworks
Explore sustainable approaches to inclusion through Universal Design for Learning, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, collaborative practices, and whole-school implementation models. Sessions may examine how schools can align systems, structures, resources, and responsibilities so that inclusive practices are consistent, coordinated, and sustainable.
Life-Centered Education & Transition
Focus on transition planning, independence, student pathways, post-school outcomes, and real-world skill development that supports learners beyond the classroom. Sessions may address self-determination, community participation, career and educational pathways, independent living skills, family collaboration, and preparation for life after school.
Social Emotional Learning, Behavior & Executive Function
Discover practical strategies that support regulation, executive functioning, emotional wellbeing, student engagement, and positive behavior support across diverse learning environments. Sessions may explore planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, relationship-building, behavior support, and classroom practices that help learners access instruction and participate meaningfully.
Inclusive Leadership & School Culture
Examine systems change, inclusive leadership practices, school culture, policy alignment, and sustainable implementation strategies that help schools move inclusion forward. Sessions may explore leadership decision-making, staff development, shared responsibility, school improvement, community engagement, policy development, and the conditions required to create lasting cultural change.

Leah Kuypers
Leah Kuypers is the creator, founder, and CEO of The Zones of Regulation. An occupational therapist and internationally recognized speaker, Leah developed a practical framework used around the world to support regulation, emotional wellbeing, and adaptive functioning.

Dr. Clay Cook
Dr. Clay Cook will lead a focused pre-conference learning experience centered on practical and sustainable approaches that help schools implement effective practices and strengthen student outcomes.

Dr. Anita Louise Churchville
Dr. Anita Louise Churchville is an educational consultant who supports international schools through professional learning, school audits, coaching, and program development. Her work focuses on high-ability, gifted, and twice-exceptional learners, as well as the systems and practices schools need to serve a wide range of learner strengths and needs.

Esther White
Esther White is the founder and CEO of Maths Australia, a multi-sensory mathematics specialist, and the developer of I-CRAVE Maths. Her work equips educators with clear, practical tools and instructional approaches that make mathematics more accessible, understandable, and achievable for diverse learners.
Main Conference Keynote Speakers

Danau Tanu, PhD
Danau Tanu is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Asian Migrations at Waseda University and the author of Growing Up in Transit: The Politics of Belonging at an International School. Her work explores belonging, identity, migration, and the experiences of multicultural and third culture youth. She brings an important perspective on how schools and communities can better recognize the complex identities and lived experiences of globally mobile learners.

Dr. Clay Cook
Dr. Clay Cook is the Chief Development Officer at CharacterStrong and an internationally recognized implementation scientist. Drawing from his experience as an educator, school psychologist, licensed psychologist, and researcher, he translates evidence-based knowledge into practical, sustainable strategies that support student wellbeing, engagement, and success.
Add on the Masterclass

Sarah Ward
Sarah Ward, M.S., CCC-SLP, is an internationally recognized expert with more than 30 years of experience supporting executive function development. She is the co-creator of the 360 Thinking Executive Function Program and the Time Tracker Program. Her work focuses on practical strategies that help learners strengthen planning, organization, time management, task initiation, and self-regulation.
The full-day Masterclass takes place on Monday, March 1, 2027, and includes a catered lunch. Conference-arranged transportation is included for eligible conference attendees where applicable.
The Sarah Ward Masterclass is planned as an in-person event in Jakarta. If weather, flight disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the presenter's control prevent Sarah Ward from traveling, she has agreed to deliver the full Masterclass live virtually at the scheduled date and time.
Registered participants would still attend the Masterclass together at the Jakarta venue, with the planned in-person event support and catered lunch. A change in the presenter's delivery format from in person to live virtual will not, by itself, qualify the registration for a refund.
