Director of Marketing

Lex Hamilton is an Early Years Educator and SENCO from the UK and has worked with children in settings in the UK, Australia, Rwanda and Cambodia. She moved to Cambodia in 2015 and has taught at the International School of Phnom Penh, Northbridge International School Cambodia and The Giving Tree International school. In all those settings she has advocated for, and implemented, better systems for inclusion, early intervention and play based learning.

As Co-Chair of SENIA’s local chapter in Cambodia, Lex leads a team to actively provide inclusion-focused professional development and connect professionals in the field. Notably, she was instrumental in founding, organising, and running both local and international conferences, including the 2025 SENIA International Conference in Phnom Penh.

Beyond this, Lex assists schools in establishing and developing support for students with additional needs and collaborates with NGO partners and interested parties to advance inclusion and belonging across Cambodia.

Outside of her professional life, Lex’s time is fully occupied by her husband and three young sons. In her spare moments, she enjoys photography, design, and appreciating Cambodia’s natural beauty.
