The Zones of Regulation

The Zones of Regulation is a four-zone, visually grounded SEL curriculum helping learners recognize and regulate emotions and energy levels. Developed by Leah Kuypers, this widely adopted, evidence-based framework uses the Blue-Green-Yellow-Red zones to build emotional awareness, communication, and regulation skills.
