- One (1) newsletter advert per school year

- Unlimited submissions of upcoming events for the newsletter
What is the difference between Amplifying Our Allies and the newsletter advert submission?
Newsletter Advert → limited to a graphic and short text to promote a specific campaign.
Amplifying Our Allies → an editorial and community-storytelling opportunity. Please see the submission guidelines.

Can we use our newsletter and social media benefits for the same promotion?
Yes — you can use your newsletter and social media benefits for the same promotion or campaign, or stagger them across different campaigns throughout the year.
How far in advance should we submit promotional content?
Where possible, please allow two weeks of lead time for content. Are you a planner? We welcome advance content for future campaigns anytime.

Can we use the SENIA logo?
Absolutely! We’d love to have you promote our partnership and increase brand recognition in your community. You can find our official logos above. Please refer to the Branding Guide for appropriate use.
Can we modify or recolor the SENIA logo?
Please do not modify or recolor the SENIA logo without express permission. You are welcome to contact our team at Partners@SeniaInternational.org with requests for alternate logos or to discuss modifications.
Can we use SENIA’s name or logo on our website or promotional materials?
We welcome you to share our partnership with your community on your website. For additional promotional material, please connect with our leadership team. Partnership does not automatically mean SENIA endorses, accredits, or recommends an organization; board policies may affect the language and manner in which the partnership is highlighted.
