Explore how leadership, policies, admissions, and the school environment establish the conditions for disability inclusion. This domain focuses on the systems that quietly shape every classroom, making inclusive practices sustainable rather than dependent on individual educators.
Supplemental Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment
The teaching practices, supports, and assessment systems that ensure every student can access meaningful learning. This domain highlights how intentional instruction, informed by ongoing progress monitoring, creates more responsive and inclusive classrooms.
Faculty, Support Staff & Professional Growth
How schools recruit, develop, and support educators to create inclusive working environments. This domain provides a roadmap for building the knowledge, collaboration, and shared responsibility needed to sustain inclusive practices across the entire school.
Identification & Case Management
Identify students' strengths and support needs, coordinating services, and monitoring progress over time. This domain guides users in creating consistent systems that use data to inform decisions and ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
Post-Secondary Pathways, Transition Planning & Community Relationships
Preparing students for life beyond school through intentional transition planning, meaningful partnerships, family communication, and connections to community resources. This domain provides a guide for a future that reflects their strengths, goals, and aspirations.

Assessments work best as a team conversation.
Bring together a small group with different roles and perspectives. Plan for at least 60 minutes—and often a little longer—to discuss each item thoughtfully and agree on the response that best reflects your school.
