Leah Kuypers is the creator, founder, and CEO of The Zones of Regulation. An occupational therapist and internationally recognized speaker, Leah developed a practical framework used around the world to support regulation, emotional wellbeing, and adaptive functioning.
Dr. Clay Cook
Chief Development Officer, CharacterStrong
Dr. Clay Cook will lead a focused pre-conference learning experience centered on practical and sustainable approaches that help schools implement effective practices and strengthen student outcomes.
Dr. Clay Cook is the Chief Development Officer at CharacterStrong and an internationally recognized implementation scientist. Drawing from his experience as an educator, school psychologist, licensed psychologist, and researcher, he translates evidence-based knowledge into practical, sustainable strategies that support student wellbeing, engagement, and success.
Dr. Anita Louise Churchville
Educational Consultant
Dr. Anita Louise Churchville is an educational consultant who supports international schools through professional learning, school audits, coaching, and program development. Her work focuses on high-ability, gifted, and twice-exceptional learners, as well as the systems and practices schools need to serve a wide range of learner strengths and needs.
Esther White
Founder and CEO, Maths Australia
Esther White is the founder and CEO of Maths Australia, a multi-sensory mathematics specialist, and the developer of I-CRAVE Maths. Her work equips educators with clear, practical tools and instructional approaches that make mathematics more accessible, understandable, and achievable for diverse learners.
Danau Tanu, PhD
Visiting Research Fellow, Waseda University
Danau Tanu is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Asian Migrations at Waseda University and the author of Growing Up in Transit: The Politics of Belonging at an International School. Her work explores belonging, identity, migration, and the experiences of multicultural and third culture youth. She brings an important perspective on how schools and communities can better recognize the complex identities and lived experiences of globally mobile learners.
Sarah Ward
M.S., CCC-SLP, Executive Function Specialist
Sarah Ward, M.S., CCC-SLP, is an internationally recognized expert with more than 30 years of experience supporting executive function development. She is the co-creator of the 360 Thinking Executive Function Program and the Time Tracker Program. Her work focuses on practical strategies that help learners strengthen planning, organization, time management, task initiation, and self-regulation.
The full-day Masterclass takes place on Monday, March 1, 2027, and includes a catered lunch. Conference-arranged transportation is included for eligible conference attendees where applicable.

Presenter registration discount: Presenters receive a conference registration discount of $100 for solo presenters or $50 per approved co-presenter, with a maximum of two presenters per workshop. Co-presenting teams should submit one proposal and include all presenters in the application.
